Helper and Rally Duty
Helper Duty
Each year every member is required to provide 1 x 1/2 Days of help at a PHRC competition, 1 x 1/2 day working bee and 1 x 3 hour Rally Duty (see below). Members are welcome and encouraged to do more but this is the minimum we require.
PHRC Members riding in the PHRC competitions are expected to help and will be expected to sign up for a helper duty around their competition times.
Helping at events is an online process through sign up. You must sign up online prior to the event and not just show-up on the day and offer to help.
Members who do not fulfil their full helper requirements will be reviewed by Committee to determine if members will be offered membership for the following year.
Rally Duty

This is a 3 hour commitment, the date and time is selected by you through the SignUp portal (below) which shows the vacant Rally Duty positions available.
